Mubasher: Bank Dhofar said Thursday that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the subscriptions for the rights issue.
The bank received applications for a total of OMR 42.76 million, against an issue size of OMR 40 million, with allotment ratio of 93.54%, according to a bourse filing.
